Therefore, placing an order and ticking the box marked “I accept the general conditions of sale” during the payment process implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the customer to these terms and conditions.

NWO is a larger than life escape game concept owned by Fairycamp SAS. The present general conditions of sale are applicable to any contract of provision of a games room concluded between (1) any company of the Fairycamp SAS group and (2) the users of the room, which will be named “USER(S)” from now on; whether they have booked personally or whether they are part of the team of the person who made the reservation, hereafter referred to as the “BUYER”. These conditions also apply irrespective of the means of booking, whether this is completed via the Fairycamp SAS website, hereafter referred to as the “WEBSITE” or by the Fairycamp staff. The game area made available to the players is called a “ROOM” and the contract of provision “CONTRACT”. The game session for which the BUYER books and pays on the WEBSITE is called the “GAME SESSION”.

FAIRYCAMP SAS recognises the right to modify all or part of these terms and conditions of sale and the content of its WEBSITE (, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice.

The Fairycamp SAS general terms and conditions of sale are available on the WEBSITE and can be consulted freely on request from the reception staff of FAIRYCAMP SAS.

In accordance with the main principle of the game, Fairycamp SAS grants the USERS the right to occupy the ROOM for a maximum of 60 (sixty) minutes. The occupation of the ROOM is for the sole purpose of participating in a game organised by Fairycamp SAS, which must be performed alone or in a team of 3 to 5 people maximum.

The USERS agree that the duration of their presence in the ROOM is 60 minutes maximum, whether they have managed to find all the clues and to solve all the puzzles or not. This aspect is based on the main principle of the game. At the same time, the USERS understand and accept that the game stops before the end of the 60 minutes, especially if they managed to find all the clues and solve all the puzzles in less than 60 minutes; without this being subject to any price adjustment or refund.

Admission to the ROOM is only possible upon presentation of the booking confirmation email (sent shortly after the payment process to the BUYER) and upon presentation of an ID document from the BUYER.

The complexity of the game does not allow USERS who are less than 7 years old to participate. USERS of 15 years old or less must be accompanied by an adult. As a result, the USER acknowledges in the CONTRACT that any intentional or unintentional damage to the room and its equipment will be subject to re-invoicing.

In addition, the USER is required to use the ROOM and its equipment in a manner so as not to cause or risk causing any harm to other USERS, to the premises and equipment of Fairycamp SAS.

As such, Fairycamp SAS does not tolerate any form of violence or aggression, verbal or physical, in the form of harassment or intimidation towards its employees and therefore also reserves the right to refuse access to the premises to any person whose behaviour indicates aspects such as those mentioned above.

Fairycamp SAS also reserves the right to deny access to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs as a measure of security for the person concerned and those accompanying them. As with all the conditions mentioned above, the prohibition of access does not give right to any compensation or refund.

Therefore, the use of video and / or audio recording devices (this includes but is not limited to: mobile phones, cameras, Go Pro) is strictly prohibited. Any use of this type of device may lead to the complete stoppage of the game and this for the entire team.
